* "Changes and cancellation" includes unlimited flight changes up to 2 hours before the flight and free cancellation up to 48 hours before the flight (refund on flight credit). "Priority at the airport" includes dedicated check-in desks (at major airports), fast lane access at the security checkpoint, and priority boarding.

Remember:

  • Whichever bundle you choose, you can add more services separately in the next steps of your booking or after you have made your booking.
  • To include your pet in the booking, you must select the Fly Light option and add the pet-on-board service later during the purchase process.
  • With the Fly or Fly Grande bundle you can check-in whenever you want, once you complete your booking. If you decide to travel with Fly Light check-in will only be available up to seven days before departure.
  • If you redeem a promotional code on our website to get a discount on the fares, you can only choose between the old Basic, Optima, Family and TimeFlex bundles.
